Notes: great show from Nada Surf, supporting their latest album The Weight is a Gift (produced by Death Cab for Cutie guitarist Chris Walla). The band is very well received by the crowd, and Matthew Caws is quite talkative and joking, in French. Also included is the opening act, John Vanderslice, a guitarist/singer with a multi-tasks drummer. Members of nada Surf are featured on the last two songs. A bit of talking can be heard during his performance. The two sets can fit on 2 discs, with a split before the first encore break.
