Welcome to rico's trading, since February 2004. This is the best hobby ever. Over three years now and I still love it. Evrything here is for trade. Absolutely *nothing* is for sale here. I'm proud to be able to make this one of the most newbie friendly trade sites on the net. If you are new, read the polacies, blanks and postage, and links sections, pay strict attention to detail, and ask all the questions you can, and you will do well in this hobby. I hope you enjoy browsing and will stop by for a trade once in a while.

Note, I've moved the artwork. the CD artwork is here, and the dvd artwork has been linked back into the catalog. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please make yourself at home. I look forward to trading with you.

Trade news for June 30, 2007

This is the last blurb that will be posted up here. I've just added a blog where site news, lists of new editions, and my personal ramblings and rantings can go. You can also leave feedback on trades, as I'll be posting evry completed trade there from now on. I may even go back to using my incoming page.

Trade news for June 2nd, 2006

I am still in Toronto. Id doesn't look good for getting all my collections here soon. Of course I do have the new editions catalogged seperately. If you'd like to do a small trade, please drop me an email and I will help you out if what you want is here.

This intro rambles a bit. If you want to skip the generalities, Click here for the disclaimer. The generalities are a bit more interesting believe me.

I am erik from Ontario Canada. My interests outside of consert trading run to computer related hobbies such as web design, PC building, support and training on a volunteer basis, and self-teaching on a variety of computer related topics, I also enjoy watching baseball and hockey, the toronto teams, and trading/listening to audiobooks among other things.

For what it's worth, I am also totally blind. Yes, I do miss out on the video portions of the bootlegs I trade, yet I think it is valuable to invest the time and money because about 85% of the people around me can see. All but one of my immediate family members have full vision. I am gradually putting in some very good AV gear, mostly attached to one of my computers and intergrated into my computer network. Eventually it will be very cool to watch boots on the bigscreen and listen in dolby.

I'm especially interested in trading for Canadian bands and/or canadian venus. I hope to see most of these in person at some point, so it's always nifty to get ahold of these. Other than that, my music interests run to most things rock: Hard and soft, Classic and Contemporary. It will be very easy to blow me away with your trade list at this point.

I am currently trading on DVDR-Live GMDVD and tape trader.com. This is enough for now, but I am happy to hear about new venues for trading. I may eventually add a page to this site devoted just to resources.

Before contacting me to set up a trade, Please read the polacies section as carefully as you read the trade list. Being new, my polacies may be incomplete, or run against the grain in some areas, but I take them seriously.

Finally, this site is a private, noncomercial site devoted to the free trading of recordings of indeterminant origin on a non-for-profit basis. Recordings are shared and enjoyed on this site, but never bot, sold, traded for the cost of media or shipping. If you are a representative of any copyright authority, legal rep for artists or record companies or the Recording industry Association Of America or other such body, you are not welcome and must close this site immediately. Any attempt to prosecute the owner of this site or realm, erik burggraaf, or any trader conducting ROIO trades through this site will be resisted forcefully. It is hoped that the trading of ROIO's and Bootlegs will enhance our collections of official artist media and expose traders to new music.
